Shipping Guide
The items will be shipped out within 24 hours during working days after we receive your order, which means our carrier will pick up the items within 24 hours. You will receive an automatically generated e-mail including the carrier’s information and a tracking number as soon as the item has been dispatched. You can track your item on the carrier’s official website.
The fulfillment of the delivery will take 2 to 8 days affected by the distance and the carrier’s operational efficiency. Your patience will be highly appreciated when expecting the items. When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits. Thank you in advance for your understanding. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 business days, we will exert great effort to resolve this.
Note:
1. Please be sure to verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to. (We do not ship to PO BOXES)
2. We are not responsible for any return shipping cost in case that you don’t like the item after you buy it or you place a wrong order.
3.The item that weights less than 150lbs will be dispatched by UPS and for those more than 150lbs, we will use Truck shipment.
Shipping Locations & Tax
1. We ship to the whole US except Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.
2. We don’t ship to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.
3. 8% sales tax will be applied for orders shipped to CA.
Our Guarantee
There is a 24 month warranty for all products sold.
The customer is entitled to a full refund when using their right to withdraw and return the goods. They shall only pay their own cost when shipping the goods to us. To get the full refund the product must be in the same condition than when we initially send it after we get it back.
PLEASE NOTE: The customer has 14 days from the delivery of the product to inform us of the return and then additionally 14 more days to return the goods to us.
